35-year-old female desiring breast enlargement but did not want implants. Had abdominal fullness that bothered her. Breast augmentation was performed with autologous fat grafting, focusing graft placement in the upper poles and asymmetrically. 300cc injected into L breast and 300cc to the R. Donor sites included abdomen, arms and inner thighs.
